Hello loyal clients & welcome to another year of booking! Booking this year will be ran a little differently, but similar concept. Seniority will still be respected, but booking will be done in tiers.

Tier 1 will be booked first- $50 booking fee to reserve 365 days in advance. Fee will be due in 30-45 days after confirmed and booked schedule. We are responsible for: booking, confirming your schedule with you, future rescheduling within work hours (if conflict arises), and up to one appointment missed. After two missed appointments, you will be knocked down to Tier 2 or 3 (management judgment).

Tier 2 will be booked second- $30 booking fee to reserve 60 days in advance with a rotating calendar; more flexible for scheduling busier clients. Meaning, you will always have (2) consecutive appointments on a four week rotation. We are responsible for confirming and booking future appointments at time of appointment or regular work hours. If any appointments are missed, a day of cancellation fee of $30, or a no-show cancellation fee of $50 is required to continue booking. If payment is not made prior to next appointment all future appointments will be canceled.

Tier 3 will self-book 100% through the website. The website requires a deposit to reserve availability and Jeweled LLC will not be booking on anyone’s behalf for this category. Availability will show up to 30 days in advance.

The booking fee is a service charge for staff booking an individual’s future appointments. It will secure one rotation.

A single nail fix option will be available for booking as of February, with no deposit required for Tier 1 or Tier 2 clients only. Fix price may vary, text for more information.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you fail to cancel within the allotted time, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, or $50 no show fee for no call/ no show.
No, we do not offer gift certificates. We do offer accepting payment prior to put towards scheduled appts but not for nonexistent appointments to avoid booking confusion.
No. This is a fee for accessibility to a future calendar, and service fee for staff arranging future bookings for each individual.
Contact Jeweled to reschedule as soon as possible. We can’t promise the perfect timing but with notice something can be arranged temporarily. All payments are expected at time of service.
