Cancellation Policy
There is a 10 minute grace period. More than 15 minutes late for appointment will result in an automatic cancellation with no deposit refund.
Failure to cancel with 24hrs results in a forfeited deposit. No show/ day of cancellations require $50 fee by end of day (7pm) or all future appointments will be terminated, and your profile temporarily suspended.
