Operation hours are Tuesday through Friday 10am-2pm, 3pm-7pm, with limited Saturday availability 8am-2pm. After reading and completing this agreement, we hope that Jeweled, LLC, will be the right salon for you!
1.0 Booking:
1. All new clients must read and complete the new client agreement. After proper approval, Jeweled, LLC, may progress to create an appointment with the client.
2. After confirming their appointment time, clients must apply card to hold their appointment.
a. Card must be on file to schedule an appointment.
3. ALL clientele will book strictly by website.
4. Rebooking is voluntarily done by the client through our website: www.jeweledllc.as.me.
5. Jeweled no longer offers appointments outside of regular business hours without a $20 after hours fee.
** Please make sure you select the correct nail technician. We are not responsible for booking mistakes due to non-refundable sitting fee.
During the service:
1. All new clients arrive with bare nail beds.
a. Jeweled, LLC, does provide nail soak offs for CLIENTS ONLY, we do not soak off, nor work over other’s work for liability reasons.
2. Clients will be informed of their time slot duration. Be reasonable with your service requests when considering that factor.
a. If you’d like more time don’t hesitate to request while scheduling online.
3. Come with designs, concepts, and an opinion so
your vision can be executed in a timely manner
during your appointment time!
2.0 Cancellations:
1. Failure to pay put card on file results in cancellation and no obligation by
Jeweled, LLC, to rebook.
2. Running late is common. Inform Jeweled ASAP,
but at/ more than 10 minutes results.
3. There is a 10 minute grace period.
4. At/ or more than 15 minutes late results in an
automatic text cancellation.
a. Jeweled, LLC, should never rush a service and 10 minutes is a large dent in any time slot.
b. failure to: show up at time/ within allotted time frame, or cancel before 24hrs of appointment time, results in 50% of reserved time price to be charged to card on file. (Ex. Client reserves 2 hours, no show, charged 50% service total to card on file). If there is no payment within 48hrs of no show/ day of cancellation, all future appointments will be terminated.
5. Jeweled will not issue refunds due to client’s lack of any of the following cancellation policies stated above.
*As of July 24th, 2018, clients will be required to have a card on file. 50% of reserved time price will be charged to card on file if not informed within a 24hr window of not attending/ no show their scheduled appointment time.
3.0 Refunds
1. Jeweled does not issue refunds to services provided; nor misbooked appointments.
4.0 Salon Rules:
1. No alcohol may be consumed on the premises.
2. Children, extra friends/ family members, are not
allowed to join your appointment.
a. Space is very limited so please respect
that request.
5.0 Media Release
1. Photos taken by Jeweled, LLC, can be
published/ posted on company pages and social
media.
2. The business phone is on during work hours and off after hours (Saturday-Monday).
6.0 Classes
1. All students are given the opportunity to purchase a kit. If not purchase upon booking, you will only receive a certificate of completion.
2. If you fail to pay remaining balance before class begins you will not receive a refund nor participate.
2. If more than 15 minutes late to a course, no refund will be issued, nor transferable payments, and your class will be cancelled.
7.0 Work Phone Etiquette
1. The work phone is on during operation hours. Cancellations should be done through your personal email, we do understand if you text following the email cancellation.
2. If you contact the phone during operation hours we will do our best to respond to you before the end of the business day.
3. If you contact the phone inquiring about your future appointment; altering, bookings, openings, we will reference you to our website.
8.0 Payment Options
1. All clients/ participants must have a card on file.
2. Please note, all salon CARD transactions as of January 15th 2019 will have a 5% processesing fee.
3. If you would like to avoid the processing fee, you may inquire by text, pay deposit amount via cash app, or Zelle, then we will send you a private link to book without website processing fees.
